Kumaran’s Fertility Centre
Kumaran Hospital is a RCC framed structure consisting of a basement + GF + three upper floors. The basement is 10′-0″ deep and features 230 mm retaining walls with a 150mm stitched slab. The footings are combined & form a shallow foundation system. The total floor area is 17,642 square feet. It was completed in 2016.
Mohamed Ibrahim Residence
The building comprises a Ground Floor, four upper storeys, a headroom, and an overhead tank. It was designed as a RCC framed structure, with the structural design finalised in 2015.

We carried out the PT slab design for a commercial building in Madurai, with slab thicknesses of 250 mm and 200 mm. The design comprises one level of PT slabs supported by columns and a perimeter beam. The design was completed in 2024 and utilised 3 and 5 mono strand anchors along with loose reinforcement.
Oxford North

We completed the L0D 400 BIM modelling of the PT slab and beam for this building, which comprising 3 pours across 3 levels of PT slabs.
Heathrow MSCP East
This project features a 1,340-space car park spread across four levels (Levels 10, 20, 30 and 40), with a Departures Forecourt located at Level 50. The structural system comprises a combination of precast shell beams, pre-stressed slabs and Post-tensioned in-situ topping. Our team delivered precise 2D detailing for this technically demanding project, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless coordination with the overall construction schedule.
Mathematical Institute – University of Oxford
This Project has 5 levels of PT slabs and 4 combined pours. Completed in 2011 using 3 & 4 mono strand anchors with loose reinforcement.
25-27 Chatham Place
This project includes 3 levels of PT slabs. The detailing of the PT slabs, along with 2D rebar detailing for the piles, foundations, walls, columns and beams, was completed in 2014. The design incorporated 3 and 4 mono strand anchors with loose reinforcement.
Blavatnik
The project comprises full-circle and half-circle shaped PT slabs at the fourth floor. It utilised 3 & 4 mono strand anchors with loose reinforcement. The design was completed in 2014.
Greens Jaipur
The project comprises a total of 8 blocks. We carried out 2D rebar detailing for the beams and slabs at the fourth level. The detailing work was completed in 2015.
Imperial West
Building
Imperial West F had 34-storey project with PT slabs and cantilever arrangements. Completed in 2016 using 2, 3 & 4 mono strand anchors with prefabricated cage reinforcement.
Newfoundland
Newfoundland project has 58 levels of PT slabs. The lift core is RCC and PT slabs rest on steel columns and beams. Completed in 2016 using 3 & 4 mono strand anchors with loose reinforcement.

Centre Plot A
The building is a 10-storey office development with a total floor area of 33,000 square metres. It is designed on a 9 by 9 metre structural grid. The floor system consists of 250 mm thick post-tensioned slabs. The structure includes 210 tonnes of post-tensioning tendons and 550 tonnes of conventional reinforcement.
150 Bishopsgate
150 Bishopsgate comprises 42 levels of PT slabs with PT transfer beams and three cantilevered corners supported by hanger systems. Completed in 2017, it utilised 3 & 4 mono strand anchors with loose reinforcement.
Soho Place
Site A
Soho Place comprises 11 levels of PT slabs with steel columns and a central core. The project was divided into six pours during the construction phase. Completed in 2018, it utilised 3 & 4 mono strand anchors with loose reinforcement.
