2002 – Company Founded
Started Skyscraper Creators as a freelancer, providing residential and commercial building design services.
2011 – Partnership Firm Formed
Formalised as a partnership firm. Began PT detailing and 2D rebar detailing for UK projects. Structural design services expanded in India.
2017 – Major High-Rise Project Completed
Completed PT detailing for South Quay Plaza 1, a 67-storey tower in the UK(67,527 m²).
2020 – Design Support Team Formed
Established PT design support team for UK projects. Delivered PT design and detailing for Whiteleys redevelopment(47,182 m²).
2022 – 3D PT Strand Modelling Initiated
Initiated 3D PT strand modelling to enhance design accuracy and BIM integration.
2023 – 3D Rebar Modelling Initiated
Implemented 3D reinforcement modelling for Oxford North Workspace B1 & B2 in the UK
2024 – Private Limited Incorporation
Incorporated as Skyscraper Creators Private Limited. Began domestic PT design, supply and Installation support.
2025 – BIM Implementation Support Started
Began BIM-based project support for brownfield and greenfield projects in the UK and India.

With over two decades of industry experience, Karthikeyan Nagarathinam has led the delivery of structural design, post-tensioning design, and structural detailing solutions across India and the UK. His expertise spans residential, commercial, high-rise, and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on practical structural engineering design, technical accuracy, and efficient project delivery.
Driven by a vision to combine innovation with practical constructability, he believes that effective engineering goes beyond calculations. It is about creating structures that are durable, functional, and built for long-term performance.
